First class resort with two pools. We only had a normal room, but it was big and adequate and very clean. The staff is very friendly and well trained. The breakfast buffet is quite good and adequate, but 10 minutes before 10am you get the announcement that it is being cleared away. That is not appropriate and they should put another coffee machine there. The bar is not attractive at all, on the beach or other resorts have built much nicer outdoor bars.

I fell down in the hotel, but the hotel didn't say anything, let alone compensation. And summer is the off-season, so the hotel will close some areas to reduce expenses. I stayed there for four days. The first three days were in a private room with a swimming pool. The swimming pool inside was so small that it was laughable. It was just a small sink. On the fourth day, the area was closed, and I didn't receive any notice. At 2 o'clock in the afternoon, there was no service staff to remind me to check out or change rooms. I called the front desk to find out about it, and then changed a room type. After staying for one night, when we were supposed to leave the next morning, the hotel started to get anxious. From 12 o'clock, one call after another came to ask us to check out. After telling the front desk that we started to pack our luggage, the phone kept coming in. It was so noisy that we couldn't handle it. Finally, we simply unplugged the phone line.
